As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of KFC's innovation efforts in Thailand, developing and executing a long-term vision and strategy for KFC Thailand's innovation, leading key innovation projects, and effectively communicating and presenting innovation strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for KFC Thailand's innovation
- Lead key innovation projects from concept to execution
- Manage a portfolio of over 30 products for store testing
- Conduct market and industry analysis
- Engage in brainstorming sessions and lateral thinking exercises
- Effectively communicate and present innovation strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, stage gates, and research processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, cross-functional teams, and external agencies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the brand communications team
