Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will join the Personnel Department of KGS Keller Geräte & Service GmbH and participate in the daily HR business, including employee management, strategic and operational HR work, HR administration, and HR projects. You will also serve as a contact person for employees, managers, and works council on labour, tax, and social security law questions. The role requires a focus on each profile and interests, and a study or re-education in personnel matters is desirable.
Requirements
- Study or re-education in personnel matters
- Work experience as personnel clerk (HR Assistant) or personnel representative (HR Manager)
- Advanced HR knowledge
- Good German and English knowledge in word and writing
- Mastery of the MS Office package
- SAP knowledge and experience in payroll accounting (advantageous)
- Communication skills, team spirit, hands-on mentality, service orientation, structured working style
