We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR department as a full-time or part-time employee. The role involves daily HR tasks, strategic personnel work, and HR projects, as well as being a contact person for employees and managers on labor and tax matters. The ideal candidate will have a background in personnel management, sound knowledge of labor law, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Study or training in the field of personnel management
• Professional experience as Personnel assistant (HR Assistant) or Personnel manager (HR Manager)
• Sound knowledge of labour law from A to Z
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• MS Office package control
• SAP knowledge and experience in salary settlement are beneficial
