Medical Assistant II

Medical Assistant II needed to perform routine clinical tasks to support assigned provider(s), including answering phones, responding to voicemails, and entering messages into patient charts. Work schedule is 9-hr/4-day, Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 5pm or 8am to 5:30pm and Friday 8am to 12 noon. Requirements include a Medical Assistant certificate or diploma, minimum two years of medical assistant experience, and prior experience using Electronic Medical Records.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certificate or diploma required
• Minimum two (2) years of medical assistant experience required
• Prior experience using Electronic Medical Records required
• Knowledge and appropriate use of medical terminology required
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be task oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently if needed without supervision
