Job Description
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with at least two years of related experience to join our Commercial Finance team in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial lending transactions, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial finance or a related practice
- Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, sponsor-backed financings and/or mezzanine lending transactions preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
