Job Description
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking a Team Attorney with at least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. This is an alternative to traditional partnership positions and has a lower billable hour requirement. The team is looking for skilled attorneys who have a strong desire to excel, and have solid academic credentials.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance
- Superior academic credentials
- Experience representing commercial real estate lenders and servicers in the CMBS industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong desire to excel
- Proven ability to deliver results-oriented counsel
