Routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country, the Trademark & Copyright Team of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP seeks an Associate with at least 3 years of direct trademark experience with clearance and prosecution, who is fluent speaking and writing in both Spanish and English.
Requirements
- JD or LLM degree
- 3+ years of direct trademark experience with clearance and prosecution
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a high-volume docket
