Nixon Peabody is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney to join their Intellectual Property Practice Group in Chicago, IL or Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of trademark experience and will work closely with clients to develop a strategic approach to managing, growing, and protecting their brands.
Requirements
- Approximately 2-4 years of trademark experience in clearance, prosecution, enforcement, brand and portfolio management, and counseling regarding trademark strategy in the United States and abroad
