Trademark Associate Attorney

We are seeking a trademark associate attorney to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group in Chicago, IL or Washington, DC. As a trademark associate, you will work closely with clients to develop a strategic approach to managing, growing, and protecting their brands.

Requirements

• Approximately 2-4 years of trademark experience in clearance, prosecution, enforcement, brand and portfolio management, and counseling regarding trademark strategy in the United States and abroad
