Job Description
The Medical EMS Business Development Director is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth at the portfolio and segment level, not just individual accounts. The role focuses on identifying, shaping, and landing complex, multiāsite medical EMS opportunities while developing executiveālevel customer relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading a global team of Business/Account Managers
- Proven ability to operate independently in a remote, global leadership role
- Extensive experience working with medical OEM customers
- Demonstrated success leading business development and growth strategy for complex, global EMS customer portfolios
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into executable growth strategies
