Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for a real estate conglomerate based in Munich. Responsibilities include screening, selection, and hiring of new employees, talent management, remuneration issues, internal communication, and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of employee relations, selection, organizational change, talent management, and training
- Knowledge of remuneration practices, employee relationships, diversity, performance management, and labor law
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and work independently
- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
