Job Description
Financial Manager, Segments & FP&A: responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance monitoring for segments and FP&A teams. Builds strong relationships with senior managers and stakeholders. Develops business cases and leads projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive financial, business partnership, & leadership experiences
- Demonstratable project & change management experiences
- Understanding and exposure to digital technology, industry trends and familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM)
- Experience working with tools like SAP, Power Bi, Excel
- Experience in a multi-national, matrix organization; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a bonus
