Lead Product Scientist

The Lead Product Scientist will lead the product function for select Front-End Innovation (FEI) programs in Huggies Diapers, focusing on new product innovation and renovation. The role will work in conjunction with various teams to lead product activities for projects and fundamental work, including ideation. The incumbent reports to an R&D Manager and receives work direction from the Manager, Technical Leader, and Project Leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or relevant scientific discipline degree
• 2+ years relevant product and/or engineering experience in a variety of assignments
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to discuss technical issues in a business environment
