The Bell Attendant is responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing situations and personalities of guests
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally
• Clean driving record
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
