Job Description
We're looking for a Catering & Conference Services Manager to lead our conference services team at the Seafire Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating dynamic events and a strong background in hotel conference services, with experience in planning meetings, conferences, and events. They will be responsible for coordinating menu arrangements, negotiating pricing, and managing client requests, while also ensuring that all contracted groups meet or exceed minimum revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel conference services
- Experience in high-volume group business or Event Planning company
- Knowledge of Delphi FDC and Opera Reservations system
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Outlook
- High level of creativity, enthusiasm, and flexibility
- Well organized, detail oriented, and excellent follow-up skills
