Home Care Recruiter / HR Generalist

Kind Senior Care is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to help recruit, retain and train caregivers. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume recruiting and is an HR champion with at least 2 years of direct HR experience. They will lead the charge in recruiting, interviewing and making hiring decisions, and orchestrate comprehensive onboarding and continuous training for our team.

Requirements

• Recruiting hourly workers using digital tools
• Interviewing process
• Facilitating training and onboarding sessions
• Managing a fully digital onboarding process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Designing and implementing HR initiatives
• Providing administrative support on a variety of back office tasks
