Kindgeek is looking for a craft-driven product designer to own the end-to-end design of a web-first investment platform, from discovery to polished, shipped UI.
Requirements
- Designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for web and responsive mobile across the investment platform;
- Conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions and synthesising insights into clear, actionable recommendations;
- Using HotJar (heatmaps, session recordings) to identify friction points, validate design hypotheses, and surface real user behaviour;
- Contributing to and maintaining a shared design system — tokens, components, and documentation — to ensure consistency across the product;
- Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout the full delivery cycle, from brief to build;
- Presenting design decisions to the product team with clear rationale, defending your choices with data and evidence;
- Applying accessible UI principles — contrast, sizing, colour, typography — to ensure the product works for everyone;
