We're looking for a strategic, customer-focused Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our existing customers. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve measurable value from our AI automation platform while identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization, and long-term partnership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Account Executive, Key Account Success, or Relationship Management within an SaaS environment
- Experience managing existing customers with a strategic, consultative, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, such as retention, churn, expansion, and adoption
- Excellent communication and strategic stakeholder management skills (in a Nordic language and English)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
