Job Description
King Deux Search & Consulting is a specialised executive search firm. Our client is a leading property developer and hospitality operator seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant / Admin Manager to oversee back-office maintenance operations.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee all back-office administrative functions
- Coordinate office operations such as scheduling meetings and managing office supplies
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflows
- Maintain and update company records and compliance documentation
- Support HR functions including employee onboarding and training sessions
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Prepare regular operational reports and presentations for senior management
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve back-office efficiency
