Head of Learning & Development for a sizeable, well-established conglomerate with diversified businesses across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Requirements
- Develop and execute an annual L&D strategy and training calendar
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
- Oversee both external and internal training delivery
- Design and coordinate a portfolio of team development activities
- Lead end-to-end programme management
- Collaborate with Mainland China teams
- Support group-level ad-hoc initiatives
