King Deux Search & Consulting is hiring an HRBP manager for a Hong Kong leading developer to provide strategic HR business partnering to support functional teams and create a vibrant, community-oriented destination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with Business Partnering experience
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Working as a team player with an energetic and proactive Personality is a plus
• Experience in leading and developing HR teams
• Knowledge of the real estate or retail industry is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
