Job Description
A leading infrastructure and property development firm is seeking a professional and experienced Secretary to provide essential support to the Chairman Assistant.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in Business administration or related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Secretary or Executive Assistant roles supporting senior executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proven capability in managing executive travel logistics
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and proficient in multitasking with professionalism
- High level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information
