The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Bakery Production Chef, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

• Experience as a Bakery Production Chef in a similar hospitality role
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to manage teams and customer relationships
• Conversational Spanish required
• Comfortable adjusting to changing needs and environments
• Dedication to hospitality, able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding shifts
• Proficient with systems like pars, ordering, inventory, vendor management, and maintenance
