Job Description
Join King’s Hawaiian as a Commissary Production Foreman AM to lead daily production activities, ensure quality and food safety standards, and maintain efficient production flow. Provide operational coverage and leadership when the Commissary Production Supervisor is not present. Assist with training and onboarding of new and existing employees and reinforce standard work, production processes, and quality expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of bakery production experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability in a production environment
- Strong understanding of bakery production timelines, quality standards, and food safety
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
