Vice President of Property and Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vice President, Property and Asset Management to lead the Property Management and Leasing teams, ensuring strong operational performance, tenant satisfaction, and execution across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate asset management and/or property management.
• Strong background in property management, leasing, and portfolio strategy.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of commercial and/or residential real estate markets.
• Proven ability to drive NOI growth and asset value enhancement.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
