Guest Service Agent

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort seeking a Guest Service Agent to register guests, check out, and provide outstanding guest service. The role requires knowledge of hotel operations, scheduled daily activities, and room products, as well as performing various tasks to maintain guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel operations, scheduled daily activities, and room products.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
