Job Description
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to book hotel rooms for guests, answer inquiries, and process reservations and payments. The ideal candidate is friendly and has excellent property knowledge.
Requirements
- Answering calls, returning calls, emails and voicemails
- Booking reservations and processing payments
- Auditing OnQ PM for reservations accuracy
- Reviewing actualized rooms for potential errors
