
Job description
The Master Production Scheduler owns the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and converts demand into a stable, capacity-feasible execution plan across manufacturing, kitting, staging, and shipment. The role balances customer promise, capacity constraints, and material availability while protecting plan stability and driving predictable execution.
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and plan stability, translate demand into a schedule that is capacity-feasible across critical work centers and bottleneck resources, ensure Materials Planning and Purchasing are working from a current, credible MPS, and lead cross-functional “schedule alignment” cadence.
This role requires strong ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, and demonstrated ability to plan and execute in a constraint-based environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in master scheduling / production planning / supply planning in discrete manufacturing or complex assembly environments.
