Master Production Scheduler (MPS)

Role Overview

The Master Production Scheduler owns the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and converts demand into a stable, capacity-feasible execution plan across manufacturing, kitting, staging, and shipment. The role balances customer promise, capacity constraints, and material availability while protecting plan stability and driving predictable execution.

What You Will Do

Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and plan stability, translate demand into a schedule that is capacity-feasible across critical work centers and bottleneck resources, ensure Materials Planning and Purchasing are working from a current, credible MPS, and lead cross-functional “schedule alignment” cadence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in master scheduling / production planning / supply planning in discrete manufacturing or complex assembly environments
• Strong ERP experience (SAP PP/MM preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute in a constraint-based environment (capacity + materials + priorities)
• Proven cross-functional leadership
• English proficiency (written and verbal) for a global environment
