Master Scheduler

Role Overview

The Master Scheduler is responsible for ownership and execution of the master production schedule across all production lines. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and operational constraints to achieve on-time delivery and efficient production flow.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and own the master production schedule across all production lines, analyze production capacity and constraints, perform headcount and labor capacity planning, compile and analyze large volumes of data, identify schedule risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools
• Experience in a complex manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic, highly motivated, organized, and self-disciplined
• Versatile, flexible, and willing to work with changing priorities
• Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute concurrent assignments in a high-pressure environment
