Early Childhood Education Teacher at KIPP Northeast Elementary (26/27)

Early Childhood Education Teacher at KIPP Northeast Elementary is responsible for developing and implementing rigorous instruction, creating a culturally responsive classroom community, and supporting student safety and engagement. The teacher will work closely with colleagues and families to ensure students receive a joyful and academically excellent education. This 10-month exempt position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of teaching experience, and a commitment to KIPP's mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of teaching experience (highly preferred but not required)
• Spanish bilingual (preferred)
• Ability and willingness to fulfill all state and federal guidelines to meet Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) criteria
• Ability to participate in specific, pre-planned and required events/activities as directed by the school
• Commitment to an Exceptional Student Experience
• Commitment to and experience with youth of various cultural and economic backgrounds
