We are seeking a Math Teacher to join our team at KIPP Sunshine Peak Academy for the upcoming 26/27 school year. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of teaching experience, and a commitment to an exceptional student experience. The teacher will be responsible for driving student outcomes, creating a culturally responsive classroom community, and implementing rigorous, engaging, and affirming instruction that prepares students for multiple post-secondary opportunities.

- Assume personal responsibility for student achievement
- Read, internalize, and adhere to the KIPP Colorado Policies and Procedures manual and guidelines
- Develop standards-based instructional plans
- Plan rigorous lessons
- Use adopted high quality instructional materials and curriculum with fidelity
- Implement all students’ IEPs, 504 Plans, ALPs, BIPs, and MTSS-aligned interventions with consistency and fidelity
- Establish and maintain relationships with students and families based on trust and respect
- Partner with the Assistant Principal of Special Services and Special Education Teachers to ensure proper implementation of 504s, BIPs, IEPs, safety plans, accommodations, modification, and language support for students
