The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and improvement projects at one or more assigned facilities. The role involves working on various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance. The Facilities Technician will work under the direction of an experienced Sr. Facilities Technician and/or Campus Facilities Manager and will have opportunities for on-the-job training and formal professional development.
