Job Description
KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a nonprofit organization that operates 20 tuition-free, open-enrollment charter public schools. The Assistant Principal role is a key member of the school's leadership team, responsible for leading teachers in both instruction and character development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- A minimum of three to five years teaching experience, preferably in a low-income school with demonstrated exemplary student results
- A minimum of two years experience leading a high performing team on instruction and curriculum design
- Leadership experience in a school with similar demographics and academic goals
