Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cloud Native Support Engineer
• Experience in Service Management or related activities
• Experience with main infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience with containerization tools
• Experience as an administrator or developer of applications in Kubernetes environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools
• Knowledge of Service Management or Project Management standards
