Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Property Management team in the assigned office(s), including answering phone calls, responding to emails, drafting documents, and providing other as-needed support.

Requirements

• Previous multi-person support experience
• High level office management skills
• Basic computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in customer (tenant & vendors) communication & correspondence
