Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator-Property Management will support the Property Management team at Kite Realty Group Trust, performing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer and tenant service.
Requirements
- Previous support experience in a multi-person/team environment
- High-level office management skills
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or 2 years of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Experience with FYXT system
- Excellent customer and tenant communication and correspondence skills
