Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager, Construction to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. The position coordinates and implements construction activities for assigned Development and Redevelopment projects.
Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Technical knowledge and experience with electrical and HVAC
- Understanding of building materials and budgets
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Work, and Excel
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
