Job Description
SitelogIQ serves state and local governments, K-12 schools, and higher education institutions, executing energy savings projects across energy management control systems, building and street lighting, water efficiency, HVAC, and renewable power. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and execute multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred (or comparable 10 years experience in role)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing large projects ($5M–$20M) with a scope including HVAC systems, mechanical upgrades, building envelopes, and related areas
