Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and execute multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The role includes leading project teams, managing budgets, and providing leadership to resolve conflicts and challenges. The Senior Project Manager will work out of our South Business Unit, particularly located in the Mid-South or Mississippi valley regions including the following metropolitan areas: Memphis TN, Birmingham AL, and Baton Rouge LA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing large projects ($5M–$20M) with a scope including HVAC systems, mechanical upgrades, building envelopes, and related areas
