Senior Project Manager

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial and federal construction, with the ability to interpret complex construction documents and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and federal government projects
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead teams, and negotiate contracts
