Job Description
KITH is seeking an Associate Men’s Designer to join the Men’s Design team, reporting directly to the Senior Men’s Designer. The successful candidate will support the Senior Designer in executing design tasks and projects with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet all departmental deadlines.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working in apparel design, preferably within a contemporary or streetwear-focused brand.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Photoshop a plus.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrication, trims, and production processes.
- Experience creating detailed tech packs, BOMs, and production-ready design documentation.
- Strong eye for detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in samples and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
