Job Description
At Mizzen+Main, we are a premium men's brand looking for an Associate Designer to support our design team in executing our creative vision for our menswear apparel collection. The role involves assisting in developing seasonal concepts, color palettes, and trend direction, as well as producing premium, innovative products that resonate with our target customer and maintain our brand's high standards for quality and aesthetic.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for premium menswear and classic construction.
- Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) for creating technical apparel drawings and presentations.
- Foundational understanding of garment construction, textiles, and the 'better menswear' market.
- Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding tech packs, color matching, and trim specifications.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly based on seasonal needs or production shifts.
