Hiring an Inpatient Shift Supervisor for a highly-rated adult inpatient unit in Bremerton, Washington. This role involves supervising and supporting Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring smooth operation of the unit, and providing exceptional care in a mental health setting. Requirements
- Supervise BHTs (training, coaching, evaluation, and disciplining)
- Complete assigned BHT performance appraisals
- Conduct ongoing assessment of milieu acuity and client risk
- Collaborate with the treatment team to organize physical interventions
- Ensure adequate staffing per shift
