Job Description
The Crisis Care Team Assistant will support the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in a fast-paced environment, coordinating communication, managing reports and documentation, and supporting daily operations. This role plays an essential part in maintaining organization, timely communication, and accurate recordkeeping.
Requirements
- Receive and triage phone calls, take messages, and route them appropriately
- Assist MCOT staff in gathering information related to crisis calls and accessing relevant information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Track team locations and estimated arrival times to ensure communication with staff in the field
