Job Description
Hiring a dedicated On-Call Inpatient Shift Supervisor for the Youth Inpatient Unit at Hastington Mental Health Services (KMHS). This role involves supervising and supporting Behavioral Health Technicians, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing client populations. The supervisor will collaborate with treatment teams, oversee unit operations, and ensure safety standards are met. KMHS is looking for a dynamic leader passionate about providing exceptional mental health care in a supervised setting.
Requirements
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client risk and milieu acuity
- Collaborate with treatment teams and supervise physical interventions
- Monitor staffing levels and arrange coverage
- Oversee the intake and admission process
- Review treatment notes and coordinate follow-up
- Supervise BHTs, including training and evaluation
- Promote new BHT hires
