The Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) provides crisis intervention, referrals, and support to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use issues, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to State and Salish BHASO mandated services. This is a two-shift-per-month on-call position with responsibilities ranging from validating peer experiences to coordinating with external resources and providing clinical support.
