Product & Packaging Development Specialist

KITSCH is seeking a Product & Packaging Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will own and execute key product and packaging development operations for assigned consumables and related initiatives, ensuring clear supplier communication, accurate documentation, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product development, packaging, or a related role within consumer goods, beauty, or personal care
• Strong operational execution skills — you maintain clean documentation, meet deadlines, and close open loops without being chased
• Experience managing supplier communications and coordinating cross-functional workflows across teams
• Familiarity with artwork proofing, tech packs, and packaging approval processes
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for consumer product packaging
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
• Experience with Google Drive or similar file management systems required
• Experience with consumer research platforms such as Sourcerie is a strong plus
• Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to catch errors before they reach production
• Excellent written communication skills
