Job Description
Lead the Field Production Manager (Traction ā Night) for KiwiRail, overseeing night-shift traction infrastructure activities, ensuring safe and effective delivery, and leading teams across electrical, isolation, and overhead line works.
Requirements
- Experience in rail infrastructure and traction systems (OLE and electrical)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Practical field knowledge and a hands-on approach
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- A tertiary qualification in engineering (preferred)
- Current EWRB registration (or willingness to obtain)
