Job Description
Join KiwiRail as a People and Performance Partner based in Christchurch, supporting leaders and teams across the South Island in a hands-on HR partnering role. Provide operational HR partnering support, coach and guide managers through complex people matters, and ensure outcomes are fair, consistent and aligned with KiwiRail values.
Requirements
- 4â6 years' experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles
- Proven experience supporting leaders in operational, unionized or complex environments
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
