Requirements
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
- Continuously experiment with AI tools—testing, learning, and sharing insights to keep the team and organization ahead of the curve, as well as championing new applications that accelerate workflows and elevate quality responsibly.
- Apply AI fluency to streamline work, reallocate saved time and reinvest into more meaningful, high-impact areas.
- Build and grow Klaviyo’s Mid-Market and Enterprise client base
- Drive full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
- Create and execute territory and account strategies for long-term growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a world-class buying experience
- Provide mentorship and leadership across the AE team
- Share market insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
